I once read some feminist literature in school about how the color yellow is a symbol of crazy. I don't know what that has to do with your painting, but I really like it. It's simple, personal, and very universal.
Some have said that about yellow (as in "The Yellow Wallpaper"), but I have always found it to be a rather comforting color...a little bit of buttery glow to bring us through the darkest season, yes? Glad you like the drawings!
YOU ARE A ROCK STAR! and don't forget it. do you remember the postcard that you gave me when you 'interviewed' for ALC? i framed it and it looks grand! so i think of you often....i'm a fan for life.
